There are several options for reviewing scanned documents.
Option #1
- In the main menu, press the “Patients” button.
- The following screen will be displayed
- Select the patient, for whom you want to review the scanned documents.
- Then press the “Documents” button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- To display all patient documents, check that all categories in the “Patient Details”, “Clinical” and “Billing” sections are selected. If the screen is displayed from the “Patients” screen, only the options in the “Patient Details” section will be selected.
- Select the document you wish to review from the table.
- The selected document will automatically be displayed on the right side of the screen.
- Likewise, you will be able to visualize and identify date, time and user of the person who registered and/or updated it.
Option #2
- Click on the "QuickLinks" text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the "Patients" option.
- The following screen will be displayed
- Select the patient, for whom you want to review the scanned documents.
- Then press the “Documents” button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- To display all patient documents, check that all categories in the “Patient Details”, “Clinical” and “Billing” sections are selected. If the screen is displayed from the “Patients” screen, only the options in the “Patient Details” section will be selected.
- Select the document you wish to review from the table.
- The selected document will automatically be displayed on the right side of the screen.
- Likewise, you will be able to visualize and identify date, time and user of the person who registered and/or updated it.
