There are several options for reviewing scanned documents.
Option #1
- In the main menu, press the Patients button.
- The following screen will be displayed
- Select the patient, for whom you want to review the scanned documents.
- Then press the Documents button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- To display all patient documents, check that all categories in the Patient Details, Clinical and Billing sections are selected. If the screen is displayed from the Patients screen, only the options in the Patient Details section will be selected.
- Select the document you wish to review from the table.
- The selected document will automatically be displayed on the right side of the screen.
- Likewise, you will be able to visualize and identify date, time and user of the person who registered and/or updated it.
Option #2
- Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
- Select the Patients option.
- The following screen will be displayed
- Select the patient, for whom you want to review the scanned documents.
- Then press the Documents button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- To display all patient documents, check that all categories in the Patient Details, Clinical and Billing sections are selected. If the screen is displayed from the Patients screen, only the options in the Patient Details section will be selected.
- Select the document you wish to review from the table.
- The selected document will automatically be displayed on the right side of the screen.
- Likewise, you will be able to visualize and identify date, time and user of the person who registered and/or updated it.
