• In the main menu, press the Clinical button.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the patient for whom you want to delete the open progress note (the user can select the patient from the Todays Patients, Open Progress Notes or Search sections).
  • Once selected, press the Delete Open Notes button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the progress note you wish to delete. Once selected, press the Save button, located at the top of the screen.
  • If there is more than one progress note open, either from the same or different patients and you wish to delete all of them simultaneously, select the Select All checkbox and then press the Save button located at the top of the screen.


  • Automatically, the open progress note will be deleted. (Note: Once the progress note has been deleted, it cannot be recovered).
