There are several options to delete an Order Template. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Order Templates option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the Order Template you wish to delete in the Description field. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 
  • Press the Yes button to delete the Order Template. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 
  • Pressing the Yes button will automatically remove it from the list. 
  • To delete a laboratory order from the Order Set, press the Delete button.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the selected Order Template. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.
  • Pressing the Yes button will automatically remove it from the list. 
  • Once the process is completed, press the Save button located at the top of the screen. 


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.  
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Order Templates option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the Order Template you wish to delete in the Description field. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 
  • Press the Yes button to delete the Order Template. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 
  • Pressing the Yes button will automatically remove it from the list. 
  • To delete a laboratory order from the Order Set, press the Delete button.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the selected Order Template. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.
  • Pressing the Yes button will automatically remove it from the list. 
  • Once the process is completed, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.
