• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Click on the Blood Sugar button located in the Side Bar section.  Or click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Blood Sugar button.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the Add button located at the top of screen.


  • The information section will be enabled: 


  • Once information is completed, click on the Save button to store the blood level in patient's blood.


  • The patient's sugar level information will be saved.
