Note: The information displayed on the Advanced Progress Note screen, in the section called Assessment / Plan, can be customized according to the preference of the office or center.


  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Click on the Settings button located at the top of screen. 
  • Select the Assessment & Plan Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


Patient Summary

  • Identify the PatientSummary available keyword.  

  • Drag to the Assessment Template section. 
  • Screen will be displayed for configuration:


Note: The keyword [Gender] retrieves the patient's gender, while [Age] fetches the patient's age.


  • Modify the content. No changes have been made for this example.


Chief Complaint

  • Locate the Chief Complaint keyword. 


  • Drag to the Assessment Template section.
  • The following screen will be displayed:
  • Modify the information that wants to be appeared. Screen has two configurable areas: 
    • Fount Text: In this area user configures the text to be displayed when system find any information register of Chief Complaint.
    • Not Found Text: This area user configures the text to be displayed when system does NOT find any information register in Chief Complain. If this area is left in blank no text will be displayed in the Assessment / Plan area.
      • Note:For Example, write comes with: [items], where the [item] will be the the related information displayed area to selected Keyword. 

  • Click on the Ok button. 


ActiveDiagnosis

  • Locate the ActiveDiagnosis keyword.


  • Drag to Assessment Template section.
  • Modify the content as you wish that appears in the Assessment.
    • Note: For example: the following text was modified:


Active Medications

  • Locate the ActiveMedicatoions keyword. 


  • Drag to the Assessment Template section.
  • Content is modified as to appear in the Assessment area.
    • Note: Example, the following text was modified:

  • Click on the Ok button. 
  • When returning to the Advanced Progress Note screen, click on the Refresh buttonto update the content in the Assessment and Plan area.
