There are several options for creating a clinical report from the Clinical Records screen.
Option #1
- In the main menu, press the Clinical button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the patient for whom you want to create the clinical report (the user can select the patient from the Todays Patients, Open Progress Notes or Search sections).
- Once selected, press the Clinical Report button located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.
- Type the report title.
- The report comes with all the selected areas to be included in the clinical report.
- The user can modify the report, according to his preference, by unchecking the sections, which he does not want to include in the created report.
- Modify the dates according to your search criteria.
- Select from the options: Active, Inactive and All.
- Once you have completed creating the clinical report, press the Save button to save the record.
Option #2
- In the main menu, press the Clinical button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the patient for whom you want to create the clinical report (the user can select the patient from the Todays Patients, Open Progress Notes or Search sections).
- Once selected, double click on it to start a clinical evaluation.
- In the progress note, press the Clinical Report button, located in the Side Bar section, or in the Search section, located at the top left of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.
- Type the report title.
- The report comes with all the selected areas to be included in the clinical report.
- The user can modify the report, according to his preference, by unchecking the sections, which he does not want to include in the created report.
- Modify the dates according to your search criteria.
- Select from the options: Active, Inactive and All.
- Once you have completed creating the clinical report, press the Save button to save the record.
