Note: Before selecting this option, you will need to configure the phrases, in the Settings / Phrases Settings screen.
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Settings button located at the top of screen and then select the Evaluation Tags Settings option.
- Select the Tags Settings option from the list.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the category and then click on the Edit button
- Select the categories of evaluation phrases you wish to add in the Clinical Evaluation section.
- Click on the Save button.
- For example purposes we selected the Chief Complain and the tags previously configured.
- Click over the button
in the Clinical Evaluation section in order to display the phrases automatically to be selected.
- Select the phrase you wish to add in the Clinical Evaluation section.
- Once phrase is selected, it will be displayed in the Clinical Evaluation section of the Advanced Progress Note screen.
