• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Click on the Settings button located at the top of screen and then select the Follow Up Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the category in the chart located in the left side of screen. 
  • Press a right click on mouse over the second chart at the left.
  • Select the Add New Follow Up option.

      

  • A new line will be added at the end of the 2nd chart.

       

  • Complete the phrase.

  • Once phrase is completed, click on the Save button.
