• Navigate to the Appointments screen.
  • Double-click on the hour at which you want to schedule a patient.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Enter the patient's name in the Patient field.


  • A list of names and surnames will be displayed, corresponding to the search criteria.
  • For a new patient, click on the Enter keyword, input the name, and then choose the New Patient option.

  • When a patient with a record number is added, the Type field will automatically display as Follow Up.

  • For a new patient, the Type is indicated as New Visit.

  • To confirm the patient's appointment, click on the Awaiting Confirmation button and then select the Confirm option.

  • If the patient cancels the appointment, choose the Cancel Appointment option.

  • After confirming the appointment, click the Save & Close button.

  • The first checkmark will automatically turn green to indicate that the patient has confirmed the appointment.

  • To mark the patient's arrival at the office, choose the Arrived At option.

  • A new patient must be assigned a record number before the Arrived At field can be activated.

  • The patients' arrival time will be displayed automatically.

  • If the patient has left the office, please select the Discharged At option.

  • For a new patient, please add a mobile number or another contact number.

  • Users may enter a note pertaining to the appointment in the designated Appointment Notes field.

  • Users may enter a note pertaining to the patient in the designated 'Patient Note' field.
