• Navigate to the Appointments screen.
  • Double-click on the hour at which you want to schedule a patient.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Enter the patient's name in the Patient field.


  • A list of names and surnames will be displayed, corresponding to the search criteria.
  • For a new patient, click on the 'Enter' keyword, input the name, and then choose the 'New Patient' option.

  • When a patient with a record number is added, the Type field will automatically display as 'Follow Up'.

  • For a new patient, the Type is indicated as 'New Visit'.

  • To confirm the patient's appointment, click on the 'Awaiting Confirmation' button and then select the 'Confirm' option.

  • If the patient cancels the appointment, choose the 'Cancel Appointment' option.

  • After confirming the appointment, click the 'Save & Close' button.

  • The first checkmark will automatically turn green to indicate that the patient has confirmed the appointment.

  • To mark the patient's arrival at the office, choose the 'Arrived At' option.

  • A new patient must be assigned a record number before the 'Arrived At' field can be activated.

  • The patients' arrival time will be displayed automatically.

  • If the patient has left the office, please select the 'Discharged At' option.

  • For a new patient, please add a mobile number or another contact number.

  • Users may enter a note pertaining to the appointment in the designated 'Appointment Notes' field.

  • Users may enter a note pertaining to the patient in the designated 'Patient Note' field.
