- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- Double-click on the hour at which you want to schedule a patient.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Enter the patient's name in the Patient field.
- A list of names and surnames will be displayed, corresponding to the search criteria.
For a new patient, click on the 'Enter' keyword, input the name, and then choose the 'New Patient' option.
When a patient with a record number is added, the Type field will automatically display as 'Follow Up'.
For a new patient, the Type is indicated as 'New Visit'.
To confirm the patient's appointment, click on the 'Awaiting Confirmation' button and then select the 'Confirm' option.
If the patient cancels the appointment, choose the 'Cancel Appointment' option.
After confirming the appointment, click the 'Save & Close' button.
The first checkmark will automatically turn green to indicate that the patient has confirmed the appointment.
To mark the patient's arrival at the office, choose the 'Arrived At' option.
A new patient must be assigned a record number before the 'Arrived At' field can be activated.
The patients' arrival time will be displayed automatically.
If the patient has left the office, please select the 'Discharged At' option.
For a new patient, please add a mobile number or another contact number.
Users may enter a note pertaining to the appointment in the designated 'Appointment Notes' field.
Users may enter a note pertaining to the patient in the designated 'Patient Note' field.
