• Go to the Advanced Progress screen. 
  • Click on the Family History button located in the Side Bar section. 


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the left side of screen and then select the Family History button. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:
  • Click on the Addbutton located in the Parents section to add the mother's record.
  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Write in the following fields: Name, last name and the mothers date of birth.


  • Select in the search area the diagnostic that mother suffers or has suffered. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the diagnosis from which the father suffers.


  • If deceased, select the diagnosis, if it was the reason for death in the Death Cause box, located at the end of the diagnosis.


  • Then select the Smoking Status.


  • Once you have completed the family history record, press the Save button.


  • When you return to the screen, the information recorded in the section will be displayed.


  • Once the patient's family history record is complete, press the Previous button to close the screen.
