Description

Displays offering pediatric growth charts.


Access 

  • Through the Side Bar section: To access the Pediatric Charts in the Progress Note screen, click on the Pediatric Charts button located on the Side Bar. If the Pediatric Charts button is not visible, click on the Settings button on the Progress Note toolbar. Choose the Side Bar Settings option. Then, drag and drop the Pediatric Charts item from the right side of the screen into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Click the Save button to apply the changes. The Side Bar will update, and the Pediatric Charts button will be displayed under the chosen category.
  • Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Pediatric Charts button.
  • Through the Patient Dashboard section: Click on the Vital Signs link located in the Patient Dashboard, then click on the Pediatric Charts button located on the screen toolbar.

Buttons

  • Print: Prints the selected chart.
  • Previous: Return to the previous screen.

Tabs

  • Length for Age: Displays the height on the graph.
  • Weight for Age: Displays the weight on the graph.
  • Head Circumference for Age: Displayed exclusively for patients 36 months old and younger.
  • BMI for Age: This display is intended for patients aged 2 to 20 years.
