Text messages can be transmitted across various screens.  


**Note: When a patient responds to your text message with the word "Stop," they are automatically unsubscribed from receiving text messages from the office. To resubscribe and receive messages again without seeing the notification "(xxx) xxx-xxxx is unsubscribed," the patient must text the word "Start" to resume the service. (Only the patient can perform this action; neither E Health Partners nor the offices can intervene in this matter.) For additional details, please refer to the link provided: https://www.twilio.com/docs/api/errors/21610


Main Menu 

  • On the main menu, select the 'Send SMS to Patient' button found in the 'Arrivals' section.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • To send the pre-configured text message, please click the Send button.
  • To send a personalized message, simply erase the pre-set message and enter your desired text.


  • Next, click the "Send" button.
  • A confirmation message will automatically be displayed at the top of the screen.


  • To set up a general text message, go to the Appointments Settings screen.
  • Select the 'SMS Settings' option, which is located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To send the text message in Spanish, ensure that the 'Speaks Spanish' option is checked on the Appointment Details screen.


  • If this box is not selected, the text message will be delivered in English.
  • To send a text message using Templates, click the 'Send SMS' button.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Please choose the text message template you wish to send to the patient.



  • After making your selection, click the "Send" button.


Appointments

  • Navigate to the Appointments screen
  • Click the "Send SMS" button located next to the patient's name.


  • To access the patient's details, click on the Information button adjacent to their name.


  • Click on 'Send SMS'.


  • Alternatively, right-click and choose the 'Send SMS to Patient' option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • To send the pre-configured text message, please click the "Send" button.
  • To send a personalized message, simply erase the pre-set message and enter your desired text.


  • Next, click the "Send" button.
  • A confirmation message will automatically be displayed at the top of the screen.


  • To configure a general text message, navigate to the Appointments Settings screen.
  • Select the SMS Settings, which are located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • For the text message to be sent in Spanish, the patient must have the "Speaks Spanish" box selected on the Appointments Details screen.


  • If this box is not selected, the text message will be received in English.
  • To send a text message with Templates, just click on the 'Send SMS' button.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Please choose the text message template you wish to send to the patient.



  • After making your selection, click the 'Send' button.


Appointments / Lis View

  • Navigate to the Appointments List View screen. 
  • Click on "Send SMS" next to the patient's name.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • To send the pre-configured text message, please click the Send button.
  • To send a personalized message, simply erase the pre-set message and enter your desired text.


  • Next, click the "Send" button.
    A confirmation message will automatically be displayed at the top of the screen.


  • To configure a standard text message, navigate to the Appointments Settings screen.
  • Select the SMS Settings located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • To send the text message in Spanish, ensure that the 'Speaks Spanish' option is checked on the Appointment Details screen.

Clinical Records 

  • Navigate to the Clinical Records screen.
  • Click the 'Send SMS' button located next to the patient's name in the 'Today's Patients' section.


  • The following screen will be displayed:

  • To send a personalized message, simply erase the pre-set message and enter your desired text.


  • Next, click the "Send" button.
    A confirmation message will automatically be displayed at the top of the screen.
