There are multiple ways to configure text message templates.
Option #1
- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- Click on the Settings button, which is located on the right side of the screen in the Side Panel section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the arrow next to the SMS Settings button at the top of the screen, then choose the SMS Templates option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the "Add" button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will displayed:
- Write the template's description.
- Set up the template text in English.
- Then configure the template text in Spanish.
- After configuring the text template, click the Save button.
- The application must be restarted for the configured template to display.
- To utilize the configured template, please navigate to the Appointments screen.
- To send a text message reminder to the patient, click on the 'Send SMS' button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Choose the configured template you wish to send to the patient as a text message reminder.
- After making your selection, click the "Send" button.
- The text message will be sent automatically.
Option #2
- Select the 'QuickLinks' option, situated at the top of the screen.
- Select the Appointments options.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Settings button, which is located on the right side of the screen in the Side Panel section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the arrow next to the SMS Settings button at the top of the screen, then choose the SMS Templates option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the "Add" button, located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will displayed:
- Write the template's description.
- Set up the template text in English.
- Then configure the template text in Spanish.
- After configuring the text template, click the Save button.
- The application must be restarted for the configured template to display.
- To utilize the configured template, please navigate to the Appointments screen.
- To send a text message reminder to the patient, click on the 'Send SMS' button.
