Description 

Screen where you can see all the administrative and clinical alerts, of a specific patient or all patients, who have an alert. They can be displayed by administrative or clinical alerts. (If you have a patient selected, a message will be displayed if you want to display alerts for that specific patient or for all patients, who have alerts.)


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Select the 'Alert Manager' button from the Main Menu.
  • Choose a patient and then click the 'More' button, which is located at the top of the screen.
  • Choose the Alert Manager option.

Through QuickLinks

  • To access the Patients section, click on the 'QuickLinks' text at the top of the Main Menu screen and choose the 'Patients' option.
  • On the Patients screen, select a patient and then click the "More" button located at the top of the screen.
  • Next, choose the Alert Manager option.

Through Appointments 

  • Select the 'Appointments' button found in the Main Menu.
  • In the Appointments screen, select a patient and then click on the Patient Details button, which is located in the Side Panel section.
  • On the Patients screen, click the More button and choose the Alert Manager option.


Sections 


Buttons

  • Print: Allows you to print the report of all patient alerts. 
  • Previous: Closes the screen.
  • Clinical: When selected, clinical patient alerts will be displayed. 
  • Office: When selected, administrative patient alerts will be displayed. 
  • Patient: Patient's name. 
  • Created On: Displays the date the alert was created.  Press the information button, to observe the user who created the alert and the user who ran it. 
  • Every: Displays the number of times the alert will be displayed. 
  • Interval: Displays the time interval that the alert will be displayed.   
  • Recurring: It will display the recurring time of the alert. 
  • Create Reminder: Displays the date the alert was created. 
  • Alert: Displays the patient's alert. 
  • Enabled: Identifies whether the alert is enabled. 
  • Delete: When pressed, deletes the selected alert.
