• In the main menu, press the Clinical button.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the patient from any section of the screen (the user can select the patient from the Todays Patients, Open Progress Notes or Search sections).
  • Once selected, press the Past Encounters button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the New Progress Note button, located at the top of the screen.


  • A new progress note will be displayed for the selected patient.
