• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Settings button, located at the top of the screen.
  • Select the History option in the Patient Alerts section.


  • Thew following screen will be displayed: 


  • If you wish to see the patient's alert message, click on the note box. 


  • The alert message will be displayed.

  • To activate or deactivate the alerts, press the button in the last column of the screen. 


  • Or, click on the alert line.

  • To view the patient's administrative and clinical alerts, go to the patient's demographic screen..

  • Next, click on the More button, located at the top of the screen, and select the Alert Manager option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Yes button to display and manage all alerts for the selected patient.
  • Press the No button to display the alerts for all patients.
  • This will display the screen with all the administrative and clinical alerts of the selected patient.
