• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Closed Encounters tab, located on the right side of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the patient's past encounter that you wish to be displayed in the new clinical evaluation. 


  • Once selected, press the button located at the top of the section. 


  • If the selected progress note was recorded with a different Progress Template, the following message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to indicate that you want to display the progress note with the Template that was saved.
  • Press the No button to display the current progress note template.
  • Automatically, the selected past encounter will be displayed in the new clinical evaluation of the patient.
