• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Summary tab, located on the right side of the screen.


  • The following section will be displayed:


  • Select the sections, which you only want to see displayed, by diagnoses, medications, allergies and orders.
  • If you wish to see all sections displayed, click on the Expand All link, located next to the buttons.


  • The screen will show a clinical summary of the patient, by sections.


  • To print the clinical summary, press the Print button, located at the top of the section. 


  • The report will be displayed automatically. 
  • Proceed to print the patient's clinical summary.
  • Click on the Documents tab.


  • Select the document in the dropdown.


  • Click on the Gaps in Care tab to manage patient care. These can be printed and sent via e-mail.
