• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen
  • Press the Active Task button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, click on the Search button, located at the top left of the screen and select the Active Task option.

    The following screen will be displayed:


  • If you wish to add medications, press the Add Medication button located at the top of the screen.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • This screen can be displayed, only for the medications that are configured, in the Settings / Clinical / Available Medication screen. In order for it to be displayed only for available medications, the Clinical File Clinical Tasks Use Available Medications Only permission must be selected.  
  • If you wish to add any other orders, press the Add Orders button located at the top of the screen.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the order you want to add as a clinical task for the patient.
  • Once selected, press the Save button.
  • If you wish to add another general task to the patient, press the Add General Task button, located at the top of the patient.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Enter the general instructions you wish to add to the patient's treatment.
  • Once you have entered the general instructions, press the Save button.
  • If you wish to add any other instructions, press the Add Procedure button located at the top of the screen.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the order, which you want to add, as a patient's clinical task.
  • Once selected, press the Save button.
  • If you wish to add an evaluation note, press the Add button in the Evaluation Notes section, located at the bottom of the screen.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Once you have typed the evaluation note, press the Save button.
  • If you wish to print the report of the patient's completed clinical tasks, press the Print Completed Tasks button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following amount to be printed will be displayed:
