How to print a pediatric patient's advance directive report?

Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
Press the Anticipatory Guidance button, located in the Side Bar section.

Or, press the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Anticipatory Guidance option.
The following screen will be displayed:

Select the preventive care age category.
Then select all patient-specific care options.

Once all the options have been selected, press the Save button.

Once you have finished selecting the advance directive options, press the Print button located at the top of the screen.

Automatically, the report will be displayed for printing.
