• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Clinical Tasks button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Clinical Tasks option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the New button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • Select the options to configure the clinical task templates. 


  • Once you have selected the tasks for the Template configuration, press the Save As Template button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Enter the description or title for the Template, a note related to the Template and select the provider that will use the Template. If the Template will be used by all providers, leave the Provider field blank. 


  • Once you have completed the information, press the Save button.


  • If it is performed in a clinical evaluation, the following message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to apply the configured Template to the patient being evaluated.
  • Press the No button to save the Template for other patients.
  • It will automatically go to the patient's clinical tasks section.
  • It will also be available in the Templates section of the Clinical Tasks screen.
