There are several options for accessing the growth charts of a pediatric patient.


Option #1

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Vital Signs List link, located in the Patient Dashboard section.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Pediatrics Chart button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Weight for Age tab to display the weight-for-age growth chart.


  • Click on the BMI for Age tab to display the BMI for Age growth chart.


Option #2

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the More button, located next to the Vital Signs link, in the Patient Dashboard section and select the Open Full Page option.


  • Or, right-click on that section and select the Open Full Page option.


  • In both cases, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Pediatrics Chart button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Weight for Age tab to display the weight-for-age growth chart.


  • Click on the BMI for Age tab to display the BMI for Age growth chart.


Option #3

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Pediatric Charts button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Pediatric Charts option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the Weight for Age tab to display the weight-for-age growth chart.


  • Click on the BMI for Age tab to display the BMI for Age growth chart.


Option #4

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Vital Signs Main button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, press the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Vital Signs Main option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Pediatrics Chart button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Weight for Age tab to display the weight-for-age growth chart.


  • Click on the BMI for Age tab to display the BMI for Age growth chart.
