There are several options to configure the Workflow statuses.


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the Office button and then select the Workflow Statuses option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen, to configure the Workflow statuses.


  • The section for configuring the Workflow status will be enabled. Enter in the Name field the Workflow status and select the office that will use it. 


  • Once configured, press the Save button, located at the top of the screen.


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the Office button and then select the Workflow Statuses option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen, to configure the Workflow statuses.


  • The section for configuring the Workflow status will be enabled. Enter in the Name field the Workflow status and select the office that will use it. 


  • Once configured, press the Save button, located at the top of the screen.
