There are several options for configuring the medications available to be administered or ordered to the patient.  


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Available Medications Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the office, to which you want to configure the available medications.


  • Then, press the Add button to add the desired drug.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Search and select the drug you wish to add, so that it will be displayed in the list of available drugs.  
  • Then press the Save button.
  • Press the Previous button to return to the Available Medications Settings screen. 
  • Press the Save button after selecting the medication(s).
  • These medications will appear in the Clinical Tasks screen when a medication is added.


  • Only available medications will be displayed, as long as the Clinical File Clinical Tasks Use Available Medication Only option is selected in the group permissions.


  • If the Clinical File Clinical Tasks Use Available Medications Only option is not selected in the group permissions, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the Available Medications Only option to display the previously configured medications. 


  • They will also be available, in the Active Tasks screen, when pressing the Add Medication button.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Only available medications will be displayed, as long as the Clinical File Clinical Tasks Use Available Medication Only option is selected in the group permissions.


  • If the Clinical File Clinical Tasks Use Available Medications Only option is not selected in the group permissions, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the Available Medications Only option to display the previously configured medications. 


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Available Medications Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the office, to which you want to configure the available medications.


  • Then, press the Add button to add the desired drug.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Search and select the drug you wish to add, so that it will be displayed in the list of available drugs.  
  • Then press the Save button.
  • Press the Previous button to return to the Available Medications Settings screen. 
  • Press the Save button after selecting the medication(s).
  • These medications will appear in the Clinical Tasks screen when a medication is added.


  • Only available medications will be displayed, as long as the Clinical File Clinical Tasks Use Available Medication Only option is selected in the group permissions.


  • If the Clinical File Clinical Tasks Use Available Medications Only option is not selected in the group permissions, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the Available Medications Only option to display the previously configured medications. 


  • They will also be available, in the Active Tasks screen, when pressing the Add Medication button.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Only available medications will be displayed, as long as the Clinical File Clinical Tasks Use Available Medication Only option is selected in the group permissions.


  • If the Clinical File Clinical Tasks Use Available Medications Only option is not selected in the group permissions, the following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the Available Medications Only option to display the previously configured medications.
