There are several options for configuring drug templates available. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Available Medications Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:  
  • Press the Templates button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Press the Add button to configure a template. 


  • Type the name of the Template in the Description field and select the provider, which will create the template. If it is for all providers, select the option in the Available for all providers box. 
  • Press the Add button, located next to the medication, that you want to add the configured template.


  • Once you have added the drugs to the template, press the Save button.  


  • Automatically, the template will be created.  
  • If the patient has any contra-indications with the selected medication template, the Medication Interaction screen will be displayed.


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Available Medications Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:  
  • Press the Templates button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 
  • Press the Add button to configure a template. 


  • Type the name of the Template in the Description field and select the provider, which will create the template. If it is for all providers, select the option in the Available for all providers box. 
  • Press the Add button, located next to the medication, that you want to add the configured template.


  • Once you have added the drugs to the template, press the Save button.  


  • Automatically, the template will be created.  
  • If the patient has any contra-indications with the selected medication template, the Medication Interaction screen will be displayed.
