There are several options to configure the billing codes of the administered iv. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Clinical button and select the IV Billing Settings option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen, to add an IV code.


  • The Select Code screen will be displayed:


  • Select the code you wish to configure. Once selected, press the Save button. 


  • It will automatically be added to the IV Settings screen. 


  • Select the minimum time, maximum time and type of time, either in minutes or hours. 


  • Press the Save button to save the changes.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Clinical button and select the IV Billing Settings option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen, to add an IV code.


  • The Select Code screen will be displayed:


  • Select the code you wish to configure. Once selected, press the Save button. 


  • It will automatically be added to the IV Settings screen. 


  • Select the minimum time, maximum time and type of time, either in minutes or hours. 


  • Press the Save button to save the changes.
