Screen, for the handling of disputed claims. 


Access


Through Main Menu
  • On the main screen, press the Billing button.
  • Then, press the Transmissions button located at the top of the screen and select the Dispute option. 
  • Also, the user can access the Reconcile screen and the Insurance Payment screen by pressing the Dispute button located at the top of both screens. 
Through QuickLinks
  • On the main screen, click on the QuickLinks text at the top of the screen and select the Billing option. 
  • Then, press the Transmissions button located at the top of the screen and select the Dispute option. 
  • Also, the user can access the Reconcile screen and the Insurance Payment screen by pressing the Dispute button located at the top of both screens.
Through Patients
  • On the Patient Details screen, press the Billing button located at the top of the screen and select the Go To Billing option. 
  • Then, press the Transmissions button located at the top of the screen and select the Dispute option. 
  • Also, the user can access the Reconcile screen and the Insurance Payment screen by pressing the Dispute button located at the top of both screens.
Through Appointments
  • On the Appointments screen, press the Billing button located at the top of the screen and select the Go To Billing option. 
  • Then, press the Transmissions button located at the top of the screen and select the Dispute option. 
  • Also, the user can access the Reconcile screen and the Insurance Payment screen by pressing the Dispute button located at the top of both screens.


Sections

  • Pending to dispute: Displays the total number of claims, which are in dispute.


Buttons

  • Edit First 10: When pressed, the first 10 claims are displayed for editing.
  • View: When pressed, displays the Billing Claims and Aging screen, with only claims in Dispute status. 
  • Send All: When pressed, it displays the Transmit screen, to verify and transmit again.
