Why are patients not displayed in the Arrivals section?
- There are several reasons why patients are not displayed in the Arrivals section.
Steps to be checked, so that patients are displayed, in the Arrivals section:
- The following steps must be verified, so that the patients can be displayed in the Arrivals section:
- Permisos - Verify that the group to which the user belongs has Appointments permissions selected.
- User Settings - Verify that the provider is selected in the Providers and Location Settings section.
- General Settings - Verify in the General Settings screen that the Filter Appointments by Providers Workdays option is selected. If the provider does not have an established schedule on the day of the evaluation and the option is selected, the patients will not be displayed in the Arrivals section.
- Server - You must verify, that the server is in the current time and date of and in the English language. The time zone should be set to -4.00 hours Atlantic Time Zone. Each time a change is made, you must restart the system for the changes to take effect.
