Option #1

• Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

• Select the Settings option.
  
  

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Click on the Office button and then select the Office Information option. 

• The following screen will be displayed: 
  
• Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.

• The following screen will be displayed:

• Fill in all required fields, identified with an *: description, physical address and phone number.
• Identify if the office or facility is an emergency room by checking the Is Emergency Room box.

• Once the location has been identified as an emergency room, the following screen will be displayed:
  

• Pressing the Ok and Save button will automatically restart the system.
• Add the LOGO of the office or center by pressing the Add Picture button.

• The following screen will be displayed:
  

• Select the Browse button.
• Select the Logo and press the Open button.

• Press the Save button to save the changes.

Option #2

• Press the Settings button in the main menu. 

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Click on the Office button and then select the Office Information option. 

• The following screen will be displayed: 
  
• Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.

• The following screen will be displayed:

• Fill in all required fields, identified with an *: description, physical address and phone number.
• Identify if the office or facility is an emergency room by checking the Is Emergency Room box.
