There are several options for editing a diagnosis.


Option #1

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Problem List text, located in the Patient Dashboard section. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the diagnosis, which you want to edit.
  • Once selected, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Make any necessary changes.
    • Note: The user can change the status of the diagnosis from active, inactive or resolved. The user can also relate the diagnosis to another diagnosis, select Snomed for ICD10 diagnoses and even write a note.
  • Then, press the Save button.


Option #2

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the More button, located next to the Problem List link and select the Open Full Page option.


  • Or, press the right mouse button and select the Open Full Page option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the diagnosis, which you want to edit.
  • Once selected, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Make any necessary changes.
    • Note: The user can change the status of the diagnosis from active, inactive or resolved. The user can also relate the diagnosis to another diagnosis, select Snomed for ICD10 diagnoses and even write a note.
  • Then, press the Save button.


Option #3

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Problem List link, located in the Clinical Evaluation section. Or, click on the Add button, located in the Clinical Evaluation section (It must be configured in the Progress Notes Templates Settings screen).


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the diagnosis, which you want to edit.
  • Once selected, press the Edit button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Make any necessary changes.
    • Note: The user can change the status of the diagnosis from active, inactive or resolved. The user can also relate the diagnosis to another diagnosis, select Snomed for ICD10 diagnoses and even write a note.
  • Then, press the Save button.
