There are several options for documenting when the patient has no active diagnoses.
Option #1
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Problem List text in the Patient Dashboard section.
- The Problem List screen will be displayed.
- Press the No Known Problems button, located at the top of the screen. It is used to identify that the patient has no active conditions and thus meet the Meaningful Use metrics.
Important Note: To perform this action, the patient cannot have any active diagnosis.
Option #2
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the More button, located next to the Problem List link and select the Open Full Page option.
- Or, press the right mouse button and select the Open Full Page option.
- The Problem List screen will be displayed.
- Press the No Known Problems button, located at the top of the screen. It is used to identify that the patient has no active conditions and thus meet the Meaningful Use metrics.
Important Note: To perform this action, the patient cannot have any active diagnosis.
Option #3
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Problem List link, located in the Clinical Evaluation section. Or, click on the Add button, located in the Clinical Evaluation section (It must be configured in the Progress Notes Templates Settings screen).
- The Problem List screen will be displayed.
- Press the No Known Problems button, located at the top of the screen. It is used to identify that the patient has no active conditions and thus meet the Meaningful Use metrics.
Important Note: To perform this action, the patient cannot have any active diagnosis.
