There are several options for editing office alerts. 

Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Office button and then select the Office Information option. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the Office Alert button, located at the top of the screen.  


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the office alert, which you want to edit. 
  • Once selected, press the Edit button.


  • Make the corresponding modifications.
  • Then press the Save button.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu.  


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Office button and then select the Office Information option. 
  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Press the Office Alert button, located at the top of the screen.  


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the office alert, which you want to edit. 
  • Once selected, press the Edit button.


  • Make the corresponding modifications.
  • Then press the Save button.
