There are several options for removing alerts from the office.  

Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Office button and then select the Office Information option.
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Office Alert button, located at the top of the screen. 

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the office alert, which you want to delete. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button.


  • It will automatically be removed from the list.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Office button and then select the Office Information option.
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Office Alert button, located at the top of the screen. 

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the office alert, which you want to delete. 
  • Once selected, press the Delete button.


  • It will automatically be removed from the list.
