There are several options for editing a vaccine. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Immunizations option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 

  • Select the vaccine you wish to edit in the Vaccines section.

  • Once selected, press the Edit button located at the top of the screen. 


The user will be able to edit the available options:

  • The options in the Details and Alerts Settings section:


  • You will be able to add or edit the education, before giving the vaccine, in the section called Vaccines Information Statement.


  • You will be able to add or edit the inventory, in the section called Inventory Items.

 

  • Edit the option of your choice.
  • Once you have completed the information for the selected vaccine, press the Save button.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Immunizations option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 

  • Select the vaccine you wish to edit in the Vaccines section.

  • Once selected, press the Edit button located at the top of the screen. 


The user will be able to edit the available options:

  • The options in the Details and Alerts Settings section:


  • You will be able to add or edit the education, before giving the vaccine, in the section called Vaccines Information Statement.


  • You will be able to add or edit the inventory, in the section called Inventory Items.

 

  • Edit the option of your choice.
  • Once you have completed the information for the selected vaccine, press the Save button.
