PHASE I: Record your actual vaccine inventory.


  • Go to the Settings screen. 
  • Select the Clinical button and then press the Immunizations button. 
  • Select the Vaccines.
  • Press the Edit button.


  • Press thebutton located in the Inventory Items section.


  • Verify the vaccines manufacturers name.

         


  • Select the manufacturers company.


  • Complete the following information according with the vaccine packageavailable inventory, lot number, dose, NDC and the expiration date.
  • If provider has the same vaccine with a different manufacturer will have to register following the same steps.
  • Press the Save store changes.

PHASE II: How does it work? Inventory Before



  • Go to the clinical area.
  • Register the patients vaccine.
  • Register the dosage, administered and the rest of the fields.
  • Select the manufacturer information.When selecting all manufacturers will be displayed.The (Adams Laboratories, Inc) was selected for example purposes. 




  • Press the Save to store changes.
