The information displayed in the Advanced Progress Note screen in the Assessment / Plan section is totally configurable.


  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen and press the Settings button.
  • Select the Assessment & Plan Settings optionsSome examples:
  • Patient Summary
  • Identify the available keywords in PatientSummary. 



  • Drag to Assessment section. 
  • Screen will be displayed for configuration:


Note: [Gender] is an internal keyword that will bring the patients gender. [Age] brings the patients age.


  • Modify the content. No changes have been made for this example.
  • Chief Complaint

    • Locate the keyword in Chief Complaint. 


  • Drag to the Assessment section.
  • The following screen will be displayed.




  • Modify the information that wants to be appeared. Screen has two configurable areas: 
    • Fount Text: In this area user configures the text to be displayed when system find any information register of Chief Complaint.
    • Not Found Text: This area user configures the text to be displayed when system does NOT find any information register in Chief Complain. If this area is left in blank no text will be displayed in the Assessment / Plan area.
      • Note:For Example, write comes with: [items], where the [item] will be the the related information displayed area to selected Keyword. 


  • Press the Ok buton.

  • ActiveDiagnosis

    • Locate the Keyword of ActiveDiagnosis. 
    • Drag to Assessment section.
    • Modify the content as you wish that appears in the Assessment.
      • Note: For example: the following text was modified:


  • ActiveMedications

    • Locate the Keyword of ActiveMedications. 
    • Drag to the Assessment section.
    • Content is modified as to appear in the Assessment area.
      • Note: Example, the following text was modified:


  • Press the Ok button.
  • When returning to the Advanced Progress Note screen press the Refresh buttonto actualize the content in the Assessment and Plan area.
