• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Clinical Support button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Clinical Support option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the language of your choice. In English or Spanish. 


  • Type a keyword, related to the article to be searched, in the Search section. For example: Diabetes. 


  • Press the Enter key on the keyboard after typing what you want to search for.


  • If you wish to search through ICD10, press the magnifying glass button located in that section.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the code, which you want to add. Once selected, press the Save button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The “Loading.....” message will be displayed, while searching for the article. 
  • At the end of the search, the item found will be displayed on the screen.


  • The provider will be able to add the information to the patient's record, send it to the patient portal or add it as an education in the system, to be used again.
