ALERT

 In order to use this option patient must have a Direct account.

 

  • In the Advanced Progress Note, screen in the Side Bar area press the Clinical Record button. 
  • When Clinical Support screen is opened verify the Direct field in the Patient Address area. 
  • Patient HAS a Direcacoount. 
    • Search for the article to be sent.
    • Press the Send Email button when you are in the screen to send the information to the patients portal.
  • Patient DOES NOT have a Direct account.
