To add medications:

button located in the Medications section. - The Medication Settings screen will be displayed.

- Search and select medication.
- Register the route, CPT Code, frequency of the medication to be taken and the frequency type, etc.
- Press the Save button.

To add the patients special instructions:
- Press thebutton located in the General section.
- The General Settings screen will be displayed.
- Write the special instructions in the Instructions area.
- Press the

To add an order:
- Press thelocated in the Orders section.

The Add Orders screen will be displayed.

To add a procedure:
- Press thebutton located in the Procedures section.
- The Multiple Code Selection screen will be displayed.
- Search and select procedure.
- Press the
- This will be the result in the Clinical Tasks screen.
- If you wish to to save the settings of a Template, press the Save as Template button.

The Save Template Option screen will be displayed.
- Write a description, a note and select the provider name that you wish to be seen. If user does not select provider then the Template will be visible for all providers.
