How to document when patient does not have active diagnosis?

Press the Problem List blue link in the Problem List section in the Advanced Progress Note screen.
The Problem List screen will be displayed
Press the No known Problems to identify that patient does not have active conditions and can meet with the Meaningful Use measures.

Important Note: In order to make this action, patient can not have an active diagnosis.
