Provider has several options to add vital signs. The fastest option and the detailed option. 

 

Option #1: Fastest Option

  • In the Advanced Progress Note screen press the button located next to the title and select the Add Vital Signs option. 

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Note: Also can access this screen by pressing the Add Vital Signs button located in the Side Bar section at the left side of screen. 

  • Enter the values for the height, weight and blood pressure. 
  • If patient is out of the normal range of BMI remember to check the Counseling for Nutrition y Counseling for Physical Activity options in order to meet with the (CMS Quality Measures).
  • Press Save to store the patients vital signs. 


Option #2: Detailed Option

  • Press theVital Signs blue link located in the section area in the Advanced Progress Note screen. 


  • The Vital Signs screen will be displayed.


  • Note: Also can access by pressing the Vital Signs Main button located in the Side Bar section at the left side of screen. 
  • Enter the values for the height, weight and blood pressure. 

  • If patient is out of the normal range of BMI remember to check the Counseling for Nutrition y Counseling for Physical Activity options in order to meet with the (CMS Quality Measures).

  • Press Save to store the patients vital signs.
