Provider has several options to edit vital signs.

Option #1: Fastest Option

• In the Vital Signs section area.
• Select the vital sign to be edited.
• Press a right click of mouse and select the Edit Vital Sign option. 

• Modify or add any additional information in the displayed screen.

• Press Save to store the patients vital signs.

Option #2: Detailed Option

• Press theVital Signs blue link in the Advanced Progress Note screen.

• Select the line you want to edit.
• Press Edit.

• Modify or add any additional information.
• Press Save to store the patients vital sign.
