• Go to Settings screen. 
  • Select the Clinical button and then press the Clinical Templates Symptoms button. 
  • Press the Add button.
  • Write the Template name in the Symptom Template Name field.
  • Press a right click of mouse in the first chart or column and select the Add Item option


  • The Option Editor screen will be displayed.
  • Add the option name. For example purposes we will add the Pain option. 


         


  • Select the Apply Normal option if the option added belongs to the physical exam options and applies for Apply Normal.
    • Note: All saved options as Apply Normal when pressing the Apply normal button in the Advanced Progress Note / Clinical Evaluation screen will be automatically selected. This applies in the Physical Exam tab.
  • Press the Save button.
  • Using the same methodology mentioned before to continue adding all the options you want to add.
  • To add a sub-category select the Add Child option in the first chart. 

       


  • The Option Editor screen will be displayed.


  • Add option and press the Save button.



  • Continue to add all options needed.
  • All options can be saved in the three charts.


Final Result



Use

All the created options here can be added at the new options created in the Setting / Clinical / Clinical Templates screen or in the Advanced Progress Note / Clinical Evaluation screen.
