There are several options to delete a Clinical Symptom Template. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Symptoms Templates option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the Clinical Symptom Template, which you wish to delete, in the Symptom Template Name field. 

  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen

  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the selected template. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 
  • It will be automatically removed from the system.  


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 
  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Symptoms Templates option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the Clinical Symptom Template, which you wish to delete, in the Symptom Template Name field. 

  • Once selected, press the Delete button, located at the top of the screen

  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the selected template. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action. 
  • It will be automatically removed from the system.
