There are several options to configure a Clinical Symptom Template. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Symptoms Templates button.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • Type the name of the template in the Symptom Template Name field.


  • In the first table, click the right mouse button and select the Add Item option.

     

  • The Option Editor screen will be displayed:
  • Enter the name of the option. 


  • Select the Apply Normal option. Select only, if the option being added will belong to the physical exam options and applies to Apply Normal.

Note: Any option saved as Apply Normal, when pressing the Apply Normal button in the Advanced Progress Note / Clinical Evaluation screen, will be automatically selected. This only applies to the Physical Exam tab.

  • Press the Save button.
  • Continue adding as many options as you wish, using the same methodology, mentioned above.
  • To add a sub-category, select the options in the first table and select the Add Child option.


  • The Option Editor screen will be displayed.


  • Add the option and press the Save button.

    

  • Continue adding the options you need.
  • All options can be saved in the three available columns.


Final Result


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Symptoms Templates button.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Add button, located at the top of the screen.


  • Type the name of the template in the Symptom Template Name field.
