How to add a diagnosis from the Problem List section to the Encounter Billable Problem List?

Go to the Problem List section in the Advanced Progress Note screen.
Select the diagnosis you wish to add in the Encounter Billable Problem List section in the Close Patient Encounter screen.

Once diagnosis is selected, press thebutton and select the Add Dx to Encounter Problem List option.

The following confirmation message will be displayed:

Press Yes to add the selected diagnosis.
Press No to cancel action
By pressing the Yes button and then selecting the Save button to close the encounter the selected diagnosis will automatically be displayed in the Encounter Billable Problem List area in Close Patient Encounter screen.
