How to document anticipatory guidance provided to parents of pediatrics patients?

Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
Press the Anticipatory Guidance button located at the Side Bar section.

The following screen will be displayed:

Select the age category of preventive care.
Then select all the options of the specific patients care.

Once all options are selected, press thebutton.
This anticipatory guidance will be displayed in the Assessment section.
