There are several options available to view the records of inactive patients in the application.
Option #1
- Select the 'Patients' button, which is located in the main menu.
- Click the Search button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
- The patient search screen will be displayed.
- Choose the option to include inactive patient records.
- If there are any inactive records in the system, they will automatically be displayed on the screen. The line containing the inactive record will be highlighted in dark grey with grey text.
Option #2
- Select the 'QuickLinks' option, situated at the top of the main menu screen.
- Choose the Patients option.
- Click the Search button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
- The patient search screen will be displayed.
- Choose the option to include inactive patient records.
- If there are any inactive records in the system, they will automatically be displayed on the screen. The line containing the inactive record will be highlighted in dark grey with grey text.
Option #3
- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- Select the 'Patient Details' button, which is situated on the right side of the screen within the Side Panel section.
- Click the Search button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
- The patient search screen will be displayed.
- Choose the option to include inactive patient records.
- If there are any inactive records in the system, they will automatically be displayed on the screen. The line containing the inactive record will be highlighted in dark grey with grey text.
