Requirements
- Patients should be selected upon arrival.

- A Signature Pad program must be installed on the PC.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- Choose the patient whose signature you need to register.
- Click on the information icon, situated next to the selected patient's name. (Ensure that the 'Arrived' checkbox is marked, indicating the patient has arrived at the office.)
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Please inform the patient that they need to register their signature on the Signature Pad.
- To save signature, click on the Ok button.
- In order to take patient's signature again, click on the Clear button.
- To cancel the signature collected, click on the Cancel button.
