Requirements


Instructions 

  • Navigate to the Appointments screen.
  • Choose the patient whose signature you need to register.
  • Click on the information icon, situated next to the selected patient's name. (Ensure that the 'Arrived' checkbox is marked, indicating the patient has arrived at the office.)


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Please inform the patient that they need to register their signature on the Signature Pad.


  • To save signature, click on the Ok button. 
  • In order to take patient's signature again, click on the Clear button. 
  • To cancel the signature collected, click on the Cancel button.
