Two methods can be used to signal a patient's arrival at the office.
With Existing Patients
- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- At the conclusion of the patient's appointment, two checkmarks will be displayed.
- When a patient arrives at the office, the secretary can edit the details on the Appointments screen by double-clicking on the appointment.
- Users may also click on the appointment of an arrived patient and select the 'Open' option.
- The Appointment Detail screen will be displayed:
- Select the 'Arrived At' option with a checkmark to indicate that the patient has arrived at the office.
- After making your selection, click the "Save & Close" button.
The user has the option to mark the patient's arrival at the office from the Side Panel section.
The second checkmark will automatically turn green to indicate that the patient has arrived at the office.
With New Patients
- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- Select the appointment for the new patient.
- Select the appointment, then click on the "Create Record" button.
- Alternatively, click on the 'Patient Details' button located in the Side Panel section.
- In either scenario, the subsequent screen will be shown:
- The user may select their gender and date of birth, then proceed to click the 'Save' button.
- Alternatively, select the "Go to Patient Details" option and complete the patient's demographic information on the Patient Details screen.
- After completing the information, click the 'Save' button.
- The appointment details section will be displayed in the side panel on the right side of the screen.
